That's right, I said the MIGHTY Ducks. This whole dropping of the "Mighty" is just really annoying. Anyway, they won their first Stanley Cup in their fourteen year history on Wednesday night. On behalf of all Sabres fans, a fandom of which I am not a part...suck it, Ottawa. I'm glad that the Mighty Ducks won the Stanley Cup this year, and "vengeance" has nothing to do with it.

The Anaheim Mighty Ducks are an expansion team that came around circa 1993 after the film came out in 1992. I was in the second or third grade. There wasn't a single person around at that point who didn't have a Mighty Ducks hat. I actually still have mine and it still fits. It's at home though. I don't really consider the Mighty Ducks one of my teams. I never really did. Not much of a hockey fan. I'm too tired after football season is over to be one. I just want to wait until baseball season starts. But anyway...congratulations to the Anaheim Mighty Ducks. Enjoy it now, because next season, the target's on your back.
