SPECIAL ABILITIES: Force-sensitive; uses bit of Force-like magic,
origin of Vandkarr (w/ magic she can manipulate aspects of nature-
fire, water, lightning, etc); has a latent ability of shapeshifting
that she has never told anyone about; can speak Bandomeerian (a
strange dialect of it at least), Huttese, Basic, Twi'lek, and
Arconan (a species who inhabits Bandomeer) fluently, can recognize
some various other languages; can sense the Force through her magic
even if she steps within a ysalamiri void and can also combine both
the Force and the magic when she feels like it
OTHER: While Kitera may be young and might appear her age or just
slightly older, she does not act anywhere close to it. The
mentality she possesses is far beyond her physical age; in fact,
mentally she could very well be close to 27 or so. Personality-
wise, she can be quite a smartass and her sense of sarcasm can be
very biting. Most of the time she doesn't really care about much of
anything, but the biggest thing to unnerve her is constantly hearing
about Bandomeer...
Princess Elektra, on the other hand, is very centered and
understanding. However, her sense of adventure leads her to bore
easily. She has a sarcastic, quick wit, but knows when to hold her
tongue. Her free spirit was what caused her leave of the Jedi
Order, but her own feelings and beliefs kept her from the Dark
Side. Elektricia is also well-aware of who she is and the
whereabouts of her powers and such, meaning that she knows of her
position at the Valley of the Jedi.
HISTORY: Elektricia Shiekara-Karon was born in Bandor, the capital
city of Bandomeer, 28 years after the fall of Emperor Palpatine.
During that time, as well from slight Old Republic influence, the
planet she was born on had undergone a change from an industrial
wasteland to an inhabitable center which had a main export of mining
materials and refineries. Her father, Megsari Karon, was named King
shortly before her birth due to his government position after the
abdication of the previous monarch. (Following Imperial rule,
Bandomeer declared a government which would be headed by a
monarchial, ruling family. The attempt was to keep Imperial-
sympathizers from being "elected" ever again.)
Elektra grew up as Princess with her parents and her mother's close
friends, Reshala and Lotir Trekina. The Trekina's daughter, Keira,
though several years older than Elektra, still got along well
together with the young princess. As they grew up a bit together,
Reshala and Katrina took the girls aside to explain to them their
powers (Elektra's at the time hadn't fully developed yet) and its
origins.
Both girls received Jedi training from Lotir who was a Jedi Knight,
but on Elektra's 9th birthday, both Lotir and Reshala suddenly left
Bandomeer. Their only request before leaving was that the Royal
Family watch over Keira. Soon after, Katrina took Elektricia to a
storage room to show her a book which was usually well hidden from
common view. She explained to her daughter that the contents of the
book told about the legendary temple at the Valley of the Jedi, as
well as how to get in and a documentation of the guardian families
of the temple. It was information the young girl never forgot, and
she vowed to keep the secret of the book and its contents from
getting out.
Katrina helped the two girls to develop their magic skills, that is,
up until the entire Royal Family disappeared from Bandomeer 6 years
later. By that time, Elektra had decided on her own that she did
not agree with the way of the Jedi Order and had left to become a
Shadow Jedi- to no one else's knowledge but her own. For a year
after the mysterious disappearance, the Princess and her parents
were randomly sighted on different planets, and then afterwards
never seen again. The Bandomeerian government has requested help to
locate them, and to gather any information as to what happened. As
of now, no one knows where the missing Princess, nor her parents
(nor whether the rumor of Katrina Shiekara's death is true), nor
Keira are located.
At least, until a young bounty huntress/smuggler appeared in the
underground workings of the galaxy. This young woman, who called
herself Kitera Shiera, was rumored to have on a couple of occasions
claimed to know the whereabouts of Princess Elektricia; however, she
also claimed to be sworn to secrecy and that she could not reveal
the Princess' location to anyone. Not much is known about her,
except that sometimes she appeared to have strange abilities- some
would say they were "Jedi-like", yet no one could say for sure. She
usually keeps to herself, staying quiet yet always attentive to her
surroundings. She has no known friends nor relatives, and no known
place she calls "home". Yet someday, this young smuggler's dark
secrets are going to be revealed, and she sees this day coming
sooner than she wants it to.
