| Story Challenge |
| Now, there's a reason why I chose this picture, not only for my homepage, but for my story challenge. I will give a short description of what is happening, and anyone who wants to enter can write about what led up to it, or will come out of it. `Elrond, Elladan, Elrohir, and Legolas are sitting in the Hall of Fire, casually enjoying each other's company. The weather is beautiful, and nothing has happened in ages. Aragorn is out working on his swordmanship, and is not around them. Suddenly, the elves hear a few grunts, and the furious sounds of metal meeting metal. They get up to investigate, and then everything takes a turn for the worse.....` Okay, here's the rules for this: 1) The story must be around 3, 500 words. It can be over, and only a little bit under. 2) You must write about what you think is going on in the scene I have described, and it must fit the Submission Guidelines. 3) All entires must be in by April 8, 2004. 4) Send me the stories at [email protected], and good luck! |
