HOW TO BUILD A GREAT CITY ON SIMCITY 2000
build a power plant that does not take up much money but polluts enough and then make sure that you dont build anything beside the power plant for 2 squares making sure that you have 6X6. now go over one more sqare and build industrial 6X6 making them dense and then on the other side of the powr plant, build 6X6 commercial zones. connect power and build roads in between. Now build 6X6
residential zones and connect roads and power.now build trees beside teh power plant and make sure there always is power lines! now start building parks if you want or whatever and make sure you connect at least twice with each neibor. keep taxes at 8%for a while and than lower them. make sure EVERY zone things are 6X6! also, having a water system will increse values and police sations make people happier and hospitals too! schools are needed too.
