I. Draft


a) Each Player must draft 21 players and must keep 21 players on their team at all times


b) Each Player must draft at least one backup at each position, minimums being 3 QB, 3 RB, 4 WR, 2 TE, 2 K, 2 Def. Each Player is not required to keep a backup at each position once the draft is completed, but waivers must be used.


c) Each Draft Pick should take no longer than 5 minutes in Rounds 1-3, and 2 minutes in Rounds 4-22, but this is subject to other Player's patience.


II. League Play


a) Best overall record after 14 weeks wins $500, 2nd best record wins $200
In case of a tie, the tiebreaker is 1) Head to Head record, 2) Head to Head Point Differential, 3) Coin Flip.


b) Weeks 15 and 16, best overall score wins $50 for each week.


c) Players are required to submit their teams by Saturday, 11:59 pm by posting on the website or notifying felix or Botchy. Last minute changes are acceptable via phone up until game time.


d) If there is a game scheduled on a non-Sunday, then each Player will only be required to submit the players on that gameday, and may set the rest of their team Saturday pm.


III. Scoring


a) Pass/Run/Rec/Def/SP TD = 6 pts

TD equal to or over 50 yds = 6 pts
TD within 2:00 in the game or OT with a -9 pt differential after score = 6 pts


b) Passing 175+ yds = 3 pts
Passing 200+ yds = 3 pts
Every 50 yds after 200 = 3 pts
Interceptions = -2 pts/INT


c) Rushing/Receiving 50+ yds = 3 pts
Every 25 yds after 50 = 3 pts


d) Two Point Conversions Pass/Rush/Rec = 2 pts
Two Point Conversions within 2:00 left in the game with a -8 pt differential after score = 2 pts


e) FG = 3 pts
FG equal to or over 50 yds = 3 pts
FG within 2:00 left in the game or OT with a -8 pt differential after score = 3 pts


f) ExPt = 1 pt
ExPt over 50 yds = 1 pt
ExPt within 2:00 left in the game with a -8 pt differential after score = 1 pt

Defensive Shutout = 6 pts


IV. WAIVERS/TRADES


a) Each Player may use up to 7 Waiver Wire Picks up until Week 10.


b) No Waivers/Trades will be allowed after Wednesday pm following Week 10.


c) All claims for Waivers must be posted on the website or phoned in to felix or Botchy.


d) Waiver Wire transactions: If claim is made between Sunday 8:00 am to Tuesday 8:00 pm then a lottery will decide who acquires the player, if claim is after Tuesday 8:01 pm than it is first come first serve.


e) If a player is injured (listed as any injured category), than the Player who has the injured player has first rights to the backup, but must make the claim by the following Friday, 8:00 pm. If the player does NOT elect to make the acquisition, then claims will be put in and the lottery for the player will occur on Saturday pm.


f) If a Player is unable to fill a starting lineup prior to Week 10 and is out of waivers, then the Player will NOT be allowed to pickup a player and will play with a man short.


g) If a Player is unable to fill a starting lineup after Week 10 due to injury, than he will be subject to the
Bonney Exception, which states:

In effort to continue competitive play after Week 10 the Rules Committee may allow a Player to fill a starting lineup in case of injuries only. The restrictions to this will be that each Player may only select from the following order: 1) Player must pickup the backup to his injured player at that position, 2) Player must pickup a backup to another player at that position on his team, and 3) If neither option is available, Player may select anyone.


h) Each Player make 2 additional roster additions after Week 14 and will be able to increase the total roster to 23 players.

V. Special Circumstances

The Rules Committee reserves the absolute right to amend, add, or delete rules for special circumstances which may arise. The Rules Committee reserves the right to nullify requests or trades if they are deemed a conspiracy.
