Chemonics International and USAID Bulgaria. June - October 1996. Developed learning material for management and organization skills workshops, trained five host country trainers in training techniques and conducted two workshops using the material developed for that purpose.

Academy For Educational Development, Washington, DC, and Turkish Ministry of Education. January 1994-April 1995. Assisted the Ministry with the development and institutionalization of the Management Assessment and Development Unit. Trained local staff in management development.

Management Sciences for Health, Boston, MA. and USAID Afghanistan. April 1991 - December 1992. Developed management training curriculum, trained senior managers from area health committees and Ministry of Public Health on management skills and knowledge relevant to reconstruction of the rural health delivery system in Afghanistan.

Training Division, Department of Health, Socialist Republic of Burma, and The World Health organization. December 1987 - February 1988. Conducted a management training needs assessment, developed learning material specific to Burma and the management needs of Township Medical Officers and Health Assistants. Conducted two workshops with emphasis on identifying community health needs, setting objectives, problem solving, supervision, scheduling health activities, and micro planning.

Family Planning Division, Ministry of Health, Government of Egypt, and USAID. April - August 1987. Developed learning material for management training for the USAID Family Planning Systems Development Project. Trained trainers to conduct management workshops. Assisted trainers during an 11 day workshop.

USAID, Islamabad, Pakistan. Primary Health Care Project, USAID, Islamabad, Pakistan. October 1982 - February 1986. Provided technical assistance in project management, developed and implemented improvements in management systems and conducted management training for health officials.
