| U.S. GenWeb Project Pages - Links to the various counties within the U.S. categorized by State containing a variety of resources submitted by family researchers and county coordinators - working to keep genealogy resources free on the internet. I encourage everyone to use this resource and to contribute their information as well. I have connected with some of the most wonderful generous people through the genweb project pages. It is a great place to begin your online research especially for those still wet behind the ears. | ||||||||||||
| RootsWeb - Databases and Genealogy Websites - Wealth of free information Cyndi's List of Genealogy Sites on the Internet - Cyndi's List is the most comprehensive list of resources and websites on the internet - Quite Impressive! | Ancestry.com - They provide online sources for census images, immigration records, military records, family histories, courty and land records and much much more. Expensive but well worth the expense - they do bill monthly if using credit card. Great resource for those who are stuck at home and can't get to the libraries or Family History Centers. |
