Peter is the son of Henry JARBOE and Monica JOY. He was born in Maryland . He is mentioned in the will of his father and inherited 113 acres of land in Maryland. In 1723 he added 60 acres, later another 150 acres to his inheritance.
In 1729, he acted as surety of estate of his brother-in-law Nathaniel COOPER, who married Henrietta SPINKE ,sister of his wife and executor of his will.
On December 7th, 1743, Peter's will was opened for probate. He only names males in the will and " the child my wife goes with now" . Nothing has been found about this child. Not knowing if it lived or died, etc. This family was Catholic.
