| David O'Keeffe b.1837 Duagh Co. Kerry,Ireland, (son of Phillip O'KEEFFE and Catherine MORRISSEY) married Margaret SCANNELL (daughter of Patrick SCANNELL and Mary BRODER) on 24th April 1858 in Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick, Ireland. David and Margaret came to Australia on the ship 'Mary Pleasants ' arriving at Port Jackson NSW AUS on the 16 November 1858.
