Theresa & Gus Klein and the Hanrahan's

After the death of Ellen Wade on Saturday 23rd March 1867 at 11:30 am in the Melbourne Hospital in Victoria, Australia, and was native of County Cork, Ireland, Gus of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and manager of mines, went on to married Teresa Ann Hanrahan (born  24th November 1865 of Black Springs on the 13th August 1889 at the home of Michael and Judith Agnes Hanrahan, (nee Reynolds) parents of the bride.

Gus and Teresa made the first home at Black Springs,NSW.

Together both Gus and Teresa Klein led very hospitalible lives and eventually retired at Kingswood, NSW  encouraged steam train passengers of those long and  wearisome journeys to  afternoon tea and cake.

Teresa being an excellent horserider and having a large property at Kingswood, New South Wales, Australia would often welcome to her home  ' Wards of the State '.

There were a large family of 12 with one deceased as an infant and another deceased as 7 year old boy Michael Jnr.7  boy and 6 girls.
