| I am Bolton born and bred, and very proud of it, It was known as Bolton-le Moors and began as a manor house surrounded with a small gathering of houses, during the reign of Henry the 11, It is the largest town in Britian with a population of 266' 100, Its long industrail traditon began with textiles in the 13th century, Bolton was the birthplace of Samuel Crompton the inventor of the spinning mule, it is famous for lots of things one being Bolton Wanderers fc great team, ( well i think so, lol ) |

| The Country park at the bottom of Loxham St where i was brought up. Place called Moses Gate, Between Bolton and Farnworth. |
| Market St Farnworth, Spent my youth hanging around here, great shops and big fairground every year. |
| Farnworth Park, iI spent a lot of my childhood playing in here, Then took my son to play here too, Till we moved, What a shame. |

| This is the Whit Walks, when the children of the town walk for their Church, see the cobbles, and rows of houses, We all wore white dresses and people throw money, It is a wonderful memory. |
