This project consist of an existing public space used as a car dealership in downtown Bellevue, Washington. The problem is that the car dealership has grown and the most of the current staff work in a moble trailer in the parking lot. The need is to expand the space to bring all staff into the same building while improving the showroom space.
The current space was measured and it was determined from current city building codes, that buidling up was the only option. A second floor was added , and nonsales staff housed on the second floor.
