| Sweet Potato Pie |
| Ingredients 3 tbsp. flour 1 2/3 c. sugar 1 c. mashed sweet potatoes 2 eggs 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg pinch of salt 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. evaporated milk 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell In large mixing bowl combine flour and sugar. Add potatoes, eggs, corn syrup, nutmeg, salt, butter, and milk. Beat well. Pour into pie shell and bake 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. |
