Scotcheroos
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter (creamy)
6 c. crispie rice cereal
12 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

In large pan bring to boil sugar and white corn syrup. Remove from heat and add peanut butter.
Mix well. Add crispie rice cereal and mix well. Spread in a buttered 9X13 inch baking pan. Melt
butterscotch chips and spread evenly on top, let set. Melt chocolate chips and spread evenly on
top of butterscotch. Cool completely, cut into squares
