| Potato Candy |
| Ingredients 3/4 c. cold mashed potatoes 4 c. powder sugar sifted 4 c. chopped coconut 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 4 squares sweetened chocolate almond bark melted (set aside) Combine potatoes, powder sugar, coconut, vanilla and salt, mix till well blended. Press into a pan big enough to make mixture 1/2 inch thick. Pour melted chocolate on top of candy. Cool, cut into squares |
