Pecan Pie
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter or margarine (softened)
1tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell (deep)

In large bowl, stir together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla. Stir in pecan
halves. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until
knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
(double this mixture and use three 9 inch regular pie shells)
