| Easy Pancake Mix |
| Ingredients (Store in airtight gallon container) 3 c. whole wheat flour 6 c. white flour 2 c. sugar 4 tsp. salt 12 TBSP baking powder Mix all ingredients together thoroughly To Use: (makes 2 huge pancakes or 1/2 dozen little ones) 1 c. pancake mix 2 TBSP oil or melted margarine 1 egg 1 c. milk Mix together (batter should be slightly lumpy) |
