Nutty Carmel Corn
Ingredients

12 c. popped popcorn
1 can (12 oz.) mixed nuts or peanuts
1c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c (1 stick) butter
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In large bowl combine popcorn and nuts. In small saucepan bring to boil brown sugar, butter and honey over medium-high heat, cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat, add vanilla, mix well.
Pour over popcorn and nuts stirring till well coated. Spoon onto 2 ungreased large cake pans and bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely until crispy.
Store in airtight container.
