Ice Cream Taco
Ingredients

8 frozen round waffles (thawed)
1 qt. chocolate ice cream (softened)
1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. hot fudge sauce (warmed)
8 marachino cherries

Warm (dont toast) waffles.
While still warm, fold each in half. Place waffles in a 9X13 cake pan squeezing them in tight rows to keep them folded.
In large bowl combine ice cream and marshmallows, mix well. Evenly scoop ice cream mixture into waffle shells. Spoon fudge sauce over ice cream and top with a cherry. Cover and freeze until firm. Keep frozen till ready to serve.

VARIATIONS:
add any favorite toppings such as green or yellow colored coconut, nuts or any flavored topping sauce
