Fantasy Fudge
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter or margarine
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk in 2 1/2 qt. sauce pan. Bring to full rolling boil stirring constantly.
Continue to boil for 5 minutes over medium heat (234 degrees). Remove from heat, stir in chocolate
chips till melted. Add marshmallow cream , nuts and vanilla. Beat till well blended. Pour into buttered
9X13 inch pan. Cool to room temperature, cut into squares.
Makes 3 pounds
