| Caramel Brownies |
| Ingredients 1 German Chocolate cake mix 1 pkg caramels (unwraped) 1 - 5 oz. can evaporated milk (2/3 c.) 2/3 c. melted butter 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips 1 c. chopped walnuts Melt caramels with 1/4 c. evaporated milk (save remaining milk). Keep warm on stove. Using mixer, combine cake mix, melted butter and remaining evaporated milk. Press one-half of this mixture into a 9X13 pan and bake 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Layer chocolate chips and walnuts on base. Drizzle with caramel. Spoon remaining cake mixture over top and bake 20 minutes. |
