| Apple Crisp Cake |
| Ingredients 1 c. sugar 1/2 c butter 1 egg 1c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 2 c. peeled and chopped apples 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and mix well. Mix flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon together. Add to sugar mixture. Mix well. Add vanilla, apples and nuts. Bake in a greased 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. |
