You are to write a script of the death scene: who really killed King Duncan?
You can make this a parody, an irony, a satire, or a serious tragedy. In your presentation, make sure to define whichever one you choose.
Your written scene must include the following:
1. Dialogue, which reveals the character’s traits, written in pentameter (not necessarily iambic)
2. Stage directions: characters’ movements across the stage and gestures
3. One soliloquy
4. One aside
5. A description of scene designs and sounds: be specific – appeal to the senses (use imagery)
6. Sequential incidents (cause and effect)
7. Action is depicted through shortened dialogue, frequent movement of characters.
You will act then out your scene with your group.
Scene should be no longer than ten minutes in length.
