Method of making

Bread Pudding
soak bread in water and
squeese put in mixing
bowl add other ingredients and mix well
put in tin and cook on gas mk 6 for about 1 hour or untill brown on top
sprinkle with sugar.

1 loaf bread
2 oz marge.
2 oz suet.
1 egg
2 oz sugar.
2 oz sultanas.

Bacon and Mash

1/2 pound of bacon.
2 pound of potatoes.
1 tomato.
1/2 an onion.
Bacon and Mash.
Method of making.

Cut bacon into small pieces.
Cook it under the grill
Peel and cook potatoes
Chop onion into small peices
Slice up tomato

Mash up potatoes
Stir in bacon and onion
put in a dish
put sliced tomatoes on top
cook in oven again 1/2 hour

INGREDIENTS......
6 SLICES OF BREAD AND BUTTER
2 EGGS, HALF PINT MILK , 2OZ SUGAR, 2OZ DRIED FRUIT.
CUT BREAD AND BUTTER INTO TRIANGLES AND PLACE IN OVEN PROOF DISH. MIX EGGS ,SUGAR AND MILK TOGETHER, SPRINKLE DRIED FRUIT ON TO BREAD AND BUTTER, POUR OVER EGG CUSTARD MIXTURE, COOK  GAS MARK 4 FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR.
SWISS ROLL WITH CUSTARD
SIMPLY CUT UP SWISS ROLL IN DISHES AND POUR ON CUSTARD
