Joseph is June's youngest son and has just had his 2nd birthday. At the moment he is the baby of the family and doesn't he know it. Very photogenic as only children his age can be, but unfortunately when the other computer crashed all the photo' we had taken by the digital camera all got lost. The only ones we have are the ones saved on disc. He is a real character with a language all his own, which is alright if you know the code. His mum does of course as I did when all of mine were small. He has just discovered the video recorder and at the moment his favourites are Toy Story, Thomas the Tank, and Dumbo. The only thing is he wants to keep popping them in and out and of course his brothers are sick and tired of having to watch them. We have even resorted to hiding our copy of Toy Story for a while. Not that that bothered him he went and raided the shelf for any video he could lay his hands on. He gets in to mischief and then just as you are about to tell him off he grins at you and that is the end of that. He charms everone with his smile. From little old ladies in shops to a doting Grandad. When I look at him I can see my boys, especially Timothy, when they were that age. Funny how I suppose the genes run through the whole family. Brian's daughter resembles June, Joseph and Jamie resemble Tim, and in the summer I looked across at Daniel playing football and could see Kevin as a boy. Joseph is a bit of a handful as he is in to everything so we only have him for a short time on our own, and then usually take him out. |
