| Hollie is Brian's daughter and she is now 13 years old coming on 21. She is a big girl and I would not be surprised if she keeps on growing. She lives with her mother and stepfather and Clem who is five and Eliot 3 her half brother and sister. She sees her father whenever she wants and usually comes here a couple of times a week for dinner. She was "a proper little madam" when younger and is now "a proper big madam". We get on very well and I keep telling young Brian she is no different to our girls at that age really and it will get better. Sarah gave in to her a great deal when she was younger and I think "her nose was put out of joint" a litle when the two little ones came along. She was sweet on Daniel for a while but I think she is over that now. Brian is very strict with her and "nags" but then when she is in any trouble he is the one who has to sort it out. She is a lucky girl really as she has been to Disney in Florida with him and June and Nigel and the boys. and this year I think she has had nearly all the summer holidays away somewhere. Unfortunately Sarah and Graham have decided to move to Somerset so Brian will not see so much of her and neither will we. I don't quite know what Brian's feelings are on this but I know he will miss her and I expect the phone bill will go up. Luckily he has a long weekend every three weeks so I think he will go down there then. We will have to wait and see. We will miss her. |
