| During the summer of 1998 Arsenal (who all the grandsons and their Uncles support)held a week long competition all over the country on a knockout basis. Daniels team here in Milton Keynes was one of the finalists and went to play the final at Arsenal. Daniels team unfortunately did not win but it must have been an experience of a lifetime for all these 11 year old boys. |

| Update October 7th2001 Daniel is now fifteen and a half and after a few"hicups" this year seems now to have settled down. Earlier in the year he did a Trident fortnight where the youngsters go and work for a company etc for two weeks to gain work experience. Daniel went and worked for CMK with his Uncle Brian and did very well. He is I think hoping to go back for next years two weeks. He has a regular girlfriend Claire who has had a lot of influence on him to make him settle down. He has now taken up football again and has decided depending on exam results to stay on at school until he is 18. Which is what we have been trying to persuade him to do for the last year. He wants to get a Saturday job but cannot do that until he is 16 so until then he comes and cleans ours and Lou's cars to get himself a bit of pocket money and to save his mothers purse!! I think Tim and Lisa have said he can do theirs as well. |

| Daniel is now 21 and a father himself to Keeley Paige my first great grandchild. There have in the intevening years been a few "hicuups" but he seems to have settled down now. He drives and is holding down a steady job. Although no longer with the baby's mother he is very much a hands on father. He also still avoids the camera so no change there. I will catch him one day, not hiding behind a plant ot pulling faces. Keeley has her own page. |

| It is now October 2008 and Daniel now has a partner leanne and a 3 month old son Ryan. Ryan has had some health problems but is thriving in the main unfortunately the health problems are quite severe but he is lovely. |
