Mark Twain (pseudonym of Samuel Taylor Clemens, 1835-1910), was an American writer, journalist and humourist.
I'd love to write like Mark Twain,
In order to transform my thoughts into words,
Solidifying my memories into something concrete.
To be particularly poetic & articulate.
"Don't part with your illusions. When they are gone you may still exist, but you have ceased to live."
"Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great."
"Dance like no one is watching.
Sing like no one is listening.
Love like you've never been hurt and live like it's heaven on Earth."
"When angry count four; when very angry, swear."
