The Wildmore was one of the many illegal casinos which operated in the U.K. until the 1968 Gaming Act. The casino was based in a small hotel with one roulette wheel and a couple of table games. Closed in 1968, the hotel was recently demolished and these plaques were sold by the neice of the lady who used to run the Wildmore, having only sold the roulette wheel a couple of years ago!
