The Westcliff Sporting Club opened in the early 1980's as a part of the Brent Walker leisure empire in a building which was previously occupied by a leisure centre (swimming pool & disco!). The casino has since been bought out by it's management team and operates as the Westcliff Casino within the Westcliff Casino Group which also operates Spieler's Casino in the same complex. One of the larger casinos outside of London, with 10 blackjack and poker tables, 12 roulette tables, one craps table and punto banco table and an ever growing number of electronic roulette machines.
