The Regal Club is an anomoly in the United Kingdom in that it is the only licensed card room not located in a casino. It is unclear how the club, which has operated as a card and snooker hall since 1948, managed to not get caught up in the Gamin Act reforms in the 1960's but it did and is now allowed to continue to operate as such. Chips do exist, and currently standard poker chips are used with the denomination on one side and RSC on the other, although unfortunately none are available to show on the website.
