After each round of golf,  at least one member of each team should stay to collect all prize money for that team, or if unable, ask a member of another team to  collect your team's money.

All good things end sooner or later.

Our web page host "Geocities" is closing down, later this year. If we were to keep the same set-up, we will need to switch to another host, and pay a yearly fee, presently about $120 to $140 per year. I am currently working with "Yahoo" on a deal.

We have enough money in kitty for the the first year or so

There are ways to ante up the cost among the members, the most popular seems to be .....

 Don't pay last place prize money each week, until enough is collected to satisfy the yearly fee. Do this every year. take about 10 weeks to satisfy the kitty.

Prize money

Please see that any prize money, you have for team mates, is distributed ASAP. People are asking me for help locating the persons who collected the prize money, some are over a month due.

 All prize money is distributed after golf on Wednesday, if you can't stay ask a team mate to collect for you, or at the very least, keep a record of your partners names. Record keeping was so much of a nuisance that we no longer keep paper records.
