Fingerbang O'Riley is the black sheep of the O'Riley clan. He is a second cousin to Tim and Tom. Rumor has it that he was hit by a bus when he was a little boy, and that explains his current state of dementia.
It also explains his incredible capacity for punishment. Drop a piano on the guy, hit him with a chair, run over him with a steamroller,it doesn't matter-he just gets up and comes back for more. His finisher is a double-armed DDT named "Truth of Consequences." After he delivers it, he pantomimes shooting his opponent with his fingers, hence his name.
