I’m glad you found it!

    I am GEORGE. At least, that’s how most of my friends here call me. I have other names too  but for that later.  

    At first – what is important to me.

    I  try to live in a harmony, healthy, and always curious to learn something new. 

    Architecture, construction, and new technology are my passion. Other things I could not live without are music and art. I study Construction Management at our local college and play Bulgarian bagpipe in a band. (if you click on the "play" you can hear it with a Real Player ™)

   Most of my time now goes for studying. I am new in America and still need to work  on my English. I also have to finish my degree and get a few more state licenses, before I can start working as a professional again.  I work different jobs now, but mostly  construction.

    When I was a kid, I used to spend a lot of time drawing, painting, and playing music. Those are my hobbies now.   Another one of them is sport. Whenever I have time and the weather is good, I go running and swimming. 

I guess, I could say I’m a busy person. But aren’t we all feeling that way? Whether we are busy doing something or figuring out what to do. What matters ,though, is that I can always find time for a good friend .

A little bit of history and geography : )

I was born September 16, 1971 in Haskovo, Bulgaria. After finishing high school in my hometown, I went to Sofia  to study Civil Engineering. There I spent about five years, and at the age of 25, I came to the United States. I lived for two years in San Francisco CA. When my brother came over , we moved to the East Bay. Since then, we live in our beloved and sunny city of Concord : )

   I did this site mainly to help me find some new friends.  Obviously, I love getting emails. So feel free to drop me a line. I'd be glad to answer it.
