Hello! My name is Pam Jones and I am the Resident Artist here at Napa Valley Watercolor and China Painting Seminars. I have been art instructor at Napa Valley College for well over 15 years. My Watercolor and China Painting supplies me with an opportunity to share my teaching talents with my students.
