I know it's still July and there is a lot of summer left, but I received a call from the school today, letting me know that my new classroom is ready. They do massive cleaning, painting and general prep right after school lets out. It was a little bit of reality setting in. Even though I've been doing prep work for a new curriculum, this call really let me know it's time to really start planning. I'm actually excited to get started so I'll see what I see when I get there.
