| Tina Maria: 1979 36' Lancer
Sloop rig, two jibs and main sail in good condition, as well as a roller furler and a radar reflector. The boat is light, quick with a partial keel which has about a 6.5' draft. The hull had a blister job on it in September, 2001 when it was hauled out. She has two anchors, a VHS radio, a hand held GPS, and most of her lines are led to the cockpit. There are poles for a dodger, but the canvas would need to be redone. She has ample storage for scuba gear, extra life vests, cushions, and extra sails. There is also a small TV satellite dish. There is a 15hp diesel Yanmar with about 500 hours on it. I replaced the belts and the water pump 2 years ago and it runs great. She has two aft quarter berths that sleep two each. She also has a U shaped couch forward that pulls out to sleep two more, for a total of 6 comfortably. The table in the middle of the couch folds down. The main cabin has a door which separates it a little. The main cabin also has a closet and two drawers. The layout makes for lots of room for guests. We have had up to 10 people inside at once for our annual boat party. There is an electric head which has been recently replaced, and a 30 gallon holding tank. She has a six gallon 12v water heater and about a 40 gallon water tank. There are two 12v batteries on an isolation switch and a distribution board for both ac and dc. Some of the wiring is less than a year old such as the shore power hook up. There is a 12v refrigeration unit with lots of room for food, as well as a microwave and a bbq outside. There is also plenty of dry storage in the galley as well. There is a three burner Force Ten propane stove/oven with a shut off switch in the galley for safety. The stove was new when we purchased the boat.. All in all this is a great live aboard/day sailer. With a few additions she could be a world cruiser. My wife and I lived aboard for over 3 years and it is a great boat for that purpose. I would love to continue to live aboard but I made a promise to move off after three years. I hope she finds another owner who loves her as much as I do. We are asking $30,000 and are willing to finance if necessary. Contact Jess or Jay at 510-649-7987. |
