Winter
Invokes
Night's
Truest
Enchanting
Rememberances.
Oh, to dream forever
And never to ever grow wise
Of the ghostly veil softly covering our eyes.

Winter races in, bringing with it freezing rain and ice
as well as fond memories of since passed fiery nights...
Yes, I do love winter.

It chills you from the tip of your nose to your littlest toe,
but with it comes hearth fires and hot cocoa.
Freezing nights with your blanket over your head,
awakening to find nothing beats curling up in a warm bed.
Poor woodwinds in drizzly games, not allowed a decent glove,
but all is made well when you cuddle with someone you love.
Winter is great, for no season holds better
than warm blankets, slipper socks, and fuzzy sweater.
Yes, I do love winter.
a random babbling from 9-14-03

why do i sit here and second-guess myself?
why do i wonder if i've done the right thing?
why do i leave my pain to the unknown?
how much suffering can one decision bring?
9-16-03: a less-random babbling. i got in another fight with inspiration in the shower, and for the first time, i think i came out the victor----

Perhaps I wasn't ready to have met someone like you.
Perhaps I wasn't ready to learn how to be true.
Perhaps I wasn't ready to give my heart away.
Perhaps I wasn't ready, and in fear, i turned away.
My home is with him, and he is forever far.
Keep me well and love me long
As I am yours, forever sworn.
Let me give you a Tragedy;
I'll regail you for hours.
Give me not yur pities
But only your ears
That I may break your hearts...
