Well, here is my scratchbuilt Baneblade. I used the original templates from White Dwarf 132 found on the web. It is some what larger than the normal Baneblade as it measures 11 inches long, 10 inches wide (from heavy bolter sponson to heavy bolter sponson - 7.5 inches wide at the hull) and 5.5 inches tall. Given it's larger size I have called this the Broadsword variant Baneblade. It has 14 armor all around and is armed with a Vanquisher Cannon instead of the usual Battle Cannon. I'm still not done painting it (note the white tracks), hopefully soon it will be done.
I've gone ahead and finished painting it. I was considering selling this model on e-bay because it is so large, but now I think I will keep it and write a story about why it's so much bigger than a standard Baneblade.
