This is my Capitol Imperialis. I have decided to finish it
since the VDR came out. It is made almost entirely out of
foam core with a few pieces of card stock. It is armed with
a mega earth shaker and a las cannon in each side sponson.
It's main role is that of a heavy transport, this paticular
one has 30 transport slots.
With an upcoming mega battle looming (Assault the Necropolis), the local
shop owner has asked me to finish this model so it can participate. These
images are the latest additions to the model. They include: armor detail,
stain glass, wheels & tracks and the rear hatch. I have also re-done the
arches on the side in a better material. I have left the side walls loose
so I can paint the stained glass with better detail and still allow me to
dry brush the larger area without overlapping the paint. Pics added 4/12/01
