| Part one I had gone home in Dec of 77, but I left behind many things in my small room in Jim and Minda's house. In that liittle room out of which I had tried to be an Avon salesman: the wooden box that Pat had given me, my LPs. I probably gave away that desk I had purchased when I was with Janet and upon which I tried to be a writer As I arrived to Tulsa, I was writing in my current notebook about "Wicked Entisement" Dad picked me up at the bus depot, I thought we might have a cup of coffee there and talk, this was incomprensible to Dad. So that Chrismas, Milton, Marge, Toni and kids and Mom and Dad and myself were there. The spring of 78 saw me as a subsitute teacher, and Vicki visiting and sometimes dropping me off in Tulsa to hit the bars. Then I got a job as a custodian and met and married Teresa. She had two kids, boy and girl, age 10 and 11 or so, and lived next to her parents, and was a custodian same place as me and her mother where her father also visited a lot. . |
