Every week end it seems Modesto Police Dept. fields 13 - 19 squad cars, nearly 34 officers, a prisoner patrol wagon, and 2 to 4 horse mounted police, to "control" the crowds in the downtown entertainment district, of roughly six blocks, 3 actually patrolled much, mostly in front of Fat Cat, or near the 10th street area. While this seems a little much, today's poll has to do with horse shit.
