475 miles today! Left Manassas, Va. @ 9:30 with luggage secured despite busted straps. Thanks again to Moonbeam & Spanish Lady for their hospitality. Thanks also to Va. 3 for hosting a most excellent party!
We took Route 29 through Virginia and North Carolina � nice ride. Lots of sunshine and very few vehicles. Jumped onto Interstate 85 to make some time and played hide and seek with the rain for the rest of the day. We made it to Ronnie & Debbie�s @ 7:00 pm. Justin and Ronnie have known each other since high school (yes � a very long time). We spent the evening at home with Ronnie, his wife Debbie and the dog � Roscoe the Beagle. Had a cookout, some drinks and good night�s sleep. A good time was has by all � especially Roscoe.
