For some time now, the police department has had a rash of bicycle thefts. You can help prevent bicycle thefts by doing the following: Keep your bike close to the house and lock them to a stationary object. Bring your bike indoors, out of site. Never leave your bike in the yard next to the curb or road. Write down the serial number on your bike and keep in a safe place. If your bike is stolen, check with the police department to see if it has been recovered, we often find bikes around town and do not know who the owner is.
