How Do I Get A Job With The Mountain Grove Police Department?
In order for you to become a Mountain Grove Police Officer, you must be twenty-one years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, GED.

You will need to have completed 470 hours of Basic Law Enforcement Insruction as required by the Department Of Public Safety and have no felony convictions.

An application can be picked up at Mountain Grove City Hall Monday through Friday between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.

The Mountain Grove Police Department has a beginning salary of $17,500.00 and an increase in pay after a six month probation period.

The Mountain Grove Police Department offers paid vacation time, paid holidays, medical and dental insurance and a retirement plan.
