.Bridal Cake.
There are a few cake decorating ideas that I really like and I am having trouble figuring out how I want the finished product to look. I do know that its going to be a square design no matter what (we already bought the 3 pc set at Hobby Lobby for 40% off!) and I also know that it'll be three different flavors, french vanilla, lemon and strawberry. Below are some examples of what I am trying to decide between. Disregard their shapes and pay attention to the way they are decorated. They all have pros and cons, I like the flowers and berries but I also like the leaves. And then there's the ribbon at the bottom of each layer which I think also looks good. Its so damn confusing, I guess I should ask mom what is even possible in her talent realm before I get my heart set on a design, hunh?
.Grooms Cake.
Casey saw a gorgeous picture on our photographer's website and decided thats what he wanted, when I asked mom if she'd be able to do it, she said that it was a simple, traditional grooms cake. He wants a chocolate filled, chocolate iced with chocolate covered strawberries cake. Sounds and looks *very* yummy! Here are some examples, but not the original photo we saw.
