Seven Layer Bean Dip


  • 2 16 oz cans refried beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 C water
  • 1 1/2 C shredded lettuce
  • 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 16 oz. can picante sauce

Toppings:

  • Jalape�o slices
  • sour cream
  • guacamole
  • ripe blcak olive slices
  • Tortilla Chips

Spread refried beans on bottom of casserole dish. Brown beef in skillet, drain. Follow directions
for taco seasoning mix. Spread taco meat over refried beans. Layer with cheese, guacamole,
sour cream and salsa. Top with olives and Jalape�os. Serve with tortilla chips.
