Disclaimer

This website was built with the intention of promoting the free trade of audio/video of some of my favorite artists and bands. My only goal is of trading with other people who share the same passion for hearing rare live recordings from their favourite bands, without paying to bootleggers for what usually are low quality recordings without making the royalies get to those who rightfully should collect them.

I would like to state that I collect the official releases of the same artists, and I don't copy or trade anything that was officially released. In the same way I'll withdraw from my list any concert that may in the future become officialy released.

If you feel the same as me, and found something that interests you on my CD Index, and have something that might interest me, please read and follow the following rules, and feel free to contact me .

Trading Rules

  1. Under no conditions will I accept any money for any of these recordings.

  2. I do not trade any kind of officialy released material (This goes also for "out of print" or "hard to find" recordings as well).

  3. I only trade CD-R's (no tapes)

  4. I trade in a "one for one" basis (number of cd's, not concerts).

  5. I'm interested in material by the bands I've got listed here. Mainly Suzanne Vega, Marillion, Steve Hackett and Genesis. But I'm receptive to other offers.

  6. Use always known CD-R brands (Kodak, Sony, Fuji, Verbatim, TDK, Phillips, Maxell, etc.).

  7. Use always 'Disc-At-Once' while recording. I do not want live concerts with gaps in between the tracks.

  8. Please inform me about the sound. I don't want to get digital noises, gaps interrupting songs, etc. without being informed about them. I may want the recordings anyway if they have gaps between tracks or other imperfections, but I need to be informed beforehand.

  9. I always provide complete setlists (included on my website or emailed if necessary), and I expect the same from you.

10. I always indicate IF I can provide artwork (I may send jpg files, or give a link to some website), and I expect the same from you.

11. Don't send jewel cases (I never do). You keep yours, I keep mine, and the shipping expense is lower for both.

12. Please use padded envelopes, or extra padding in your mailers.

13. Please keep your part of the deal.

... And remember: good communication is essential to a good trade! The idea is to be honest and to have fun!

If you're interested or have any questions, please email me and I'll be more than happy to talk with you.
