| - 4 Feb 06' Well, well, well, finally got off my lazy ass and updated this puppy... my apologies for taking so long--totally unexcusable. - Troy draws first blood and takes the lead: Peter Drucker...17pts and $20 - Clark jumps to the lead: Shelley Winters...20 pts and $20 so pay up! - Troy back in front with Granpa Munster...16 pts and another $20! - 26 Feb 06' Mr. Limpet cashes in, propelling Clark to a 2-way tie with Troy... meanwhile everyone else is still pointless - Pow! Buck Owens gets picked and Clark grins as Clark pulls into a 1-pt lead and snags another $20! Is there no hope for rest? - But alas! Todd sneaks on to the scoreboard wth Cap Weinberger (6 pts and $20) and ends the two-man race - Denny and Tom come to life and shoot past Todd with John Kenneth Galbraith (14 and 11 pts, respectively) to take 3rd Place; everyone is finally off the starting line! - Denny picks up another, Stanley Kunitz and 19 points - What's this? Two 500-lbs bombs tie up the score again between Clark and Troy as al-Zarqawi is propelled to martyrdom (only to realize he's one of the virgins that await the true martyrs!) Score 1 pt and another $20 for Troy! - 11 Sep, a little catch up on the points...8 May, Todd scores with Lillian Gertrud Asplund--very famous--she's from the original Survivor Titanic reality series...15 May, Denny picks up 19 with Stanley Kunitz--former poet laureate--whadda you mean you never heard of him! He's famous I tell you!...31 August, Clark breaks out with Glen Ford and 18 points...ouch! Learn me for dropping him from last year's All Star squad - 1 Nov: Red Auerback passes on 28 Oct...9 points for Denny but not enough to catch Clark. With that said, Clark wins. Stick a fork in this one and lets start again! |
