Global Preparation Process

THE COMPLETE RACING DRIVER

The racing season is ON. Already a Hierarchy among the teams and the drivers is “coming to the surface” of what reality will be during the 2007 Racing Season.

Team owners and managers know what to do in order to perfect their work or stay ahead of the group.

Are you, as a driver ready at the same level, and do you know YOU need to DO in order to be fully ready for EACH RACE during the season and stay finely tuned all year long?

For the drivers who are determined to “to do whatever it takes to go and stay at the top”, it takes more than being in training, practicing with a driving coach, or a driver’s engineer to succeed. It takes an entire new life style, where all aspects of the racing life and career are thought, developed, created as a global entity, and where the focus, the attention is directed toward only one target:             Racing and Winning!

One man cannot do right in one department of his life, while he is occupied doing wrong in any other department.

Life is one indivisible whole”

Mahatma Gandhi

What is GP2 or Global Preparation Process?

It is a complete approach regarding your racing and your whole life as a young race car driver in term of physical practice, mental development, nutrition habits and life style considered as a whole unit: ONE!

What makes it unique?

It opens all aspects of your training/preparation, and include in your training some of the following:

·        Physical Training (aerobic, anaerobic, pure speed, coordination)

·        Mental Training (brain speed workout, thought processing, focus training, etc.)

·        Spiritual Training (meditation, relaxation, breathing techniques, etc.)

·        Toughness Training (physical, mental, and emotional)

·        Waves Training Techniques (stress/recovery, active and passive)

·        Nutrition Program (for all aspects of food, beverages, and supplements)

·        Healthy Daily Life Style (strong organization and structure)

·        Marketing, Communication, Presentation, Public Persona

·        Career Management

These are only some of the fields I excel in, in terms of training, coaching, and mentoring racing drivers willing to perform at their best.

As a Racing Driver you can feel that more can be achieved in one or several fields of your racing preparation. It is what I propose to you and also practice myself daily

What does “all levels” also include?

It includes the notions of QUANTITY, QUALITY, and INTENSITY without which there is no result as long as they are not part of every aspect of your daily life.

Among others:

1 -        Quantity and quality of training

2 -        Quantity and quality of practice and racing

3 -        Quantity and quality of your sleeping pattern

4 -        Quantity and quality of your nutrition habits

5 -        Quantity and quality of your thinking process

6 -        Quantity and quality of your self awareness

7 -        Quantity and quality of your organization and structure

8 -        Quantity and quality of your home-life (yes your life at home from morning to night)

9 -        Quantity, quality, and intensity of your different stresses

10 -      Quantity, quality, and intensity of your recovery processes

11 -      Quantity and quality of you communicating with others

                  …

12 -      Quantity, quality, and intensity of studying (if you are in high school or college)

And so much more aspects of your entire life as a top level athlete!

There is more to being a successful race car driver than only training physically (aerobic and anaerobic), practicing some yoga or other recovery processes, and trying to get ready for any competition.

In order to succeed, you need to approach your racing career, every day, as a complete business process into which you are the CEO and engage yourself in whatever it will take you in order to reach the level of perfection that only guarantee success.

As Mahatma Gandhi said it:      Your … Life is one indivisible whole!

Do you feel it that way?

Training is a full process which includes several phases of preparation before and after the core part of the training itself. It implies the engagement of ALL WHO YOU ARE and is as precise as a measurement of 1/100 millimeter on a part of your race car.

Only then is it possible for you to create a mind body communication that provide your body with developing its own “intelligence” in order for it to teach you what is effective and what could be a destructive training approach and practice.
